Huduma Kenya Reveals Plans to Contact DL, ID & Birth Certificate Applicants

Similarly, the update follows a recent announcement by Huduma Kenya revealing how applicants will be contacted once their driving licences, ID cards, and birth certificates are ready.
In a brief notice on February 12, 2026, Huduma Kenya disclosed that members of the public who applied for the above documents would receive direct communication once their documents were processed.
According to the agency, the applicants will either receive a phone call or a text message from 1919 and 020 690 0020 informing them that their documents are ready for collection.”Collect processed documents at Huduma Centres. We will send you a text and also call you from our contact centre only through 1919 or 0206900020 to bring you your document,” Huduma Kenya said.
